Who am I?

I am a nurse in the outpatient cardiology field.  Through my practice as a nurse I’ve realized that heart disease as well as many other chronic health conditions are too often a result of our daily choices.

My special interest in nutrition and lifestyle has led me to earn my Plant-Based Nutrition Certification from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell

I encourage others to use positive lifestyle changes, making these into habits to support wellness.
