Pai face Oil

For the last two days, we have been experiencing the first snow of the season, while to the east and west of the state, fires continue to rage.  After several weeks of 95+ temperatures, we needed the break and the moisture. But we live in an semi-arid climate, so even the heaven-sent moisture that we do get tends to be on the dry side and usually sparse.

And while we are speaking of dryness and moisture, let’s discuss moisture for our skins, but particularly for our faces. For Sara and me, that means Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil. Why? Well, ‘cause we love it. We hope you will as well. It’s vegan, cruelty free and organic. A little goes a long way. Plus it has only four ingredients. Pai comes to you in a glass bottle, which is recyclable.

Pai contains Rosehip Seed Extract, Rosehip Fruit Extract, Vitamin E, and Rosemary.  Pai is rich in Omegas and can be used by all skin types. It’s orange, and a little goes a long way. For most of us, that will be 3-4 little drops.

For me, those pesky fine facial lines are not as prominent. My face is so happy. There is another product that I use with the Pai which I also like very well and bonus, it also contributes to a well-moisturized face. We’ll bring you that story at a later date.

I do use Pai on my neck as well as around and on my ears. At my age there are enough dry saggy bits on myself without adding saggy ears to the mix!  The skin on our necks, which is  more fragile than our faces, requires special attention.  Sometimes, when my hands are extra dry, I’ll use a small amount on the backs.

I’ve  found that my sensitive skin is no longer dull. I can go 24 hours without needing to re-apply. It absorbs rather quickly into skin which is always a plus. I feel good about the condition of my face.

While Pai products are made for those of us with sensitive skin, it is also suitable for all skin types. This BioGenerate Oil comes in two sizes, but the smaller size would be great for travel.

I generally order it from the Detox Market and receive it quickly. I like the packaging which I have no problem re-using as gift wrap to others. It would also be easily compostable.

At those times when Detox Market runs out, I order directly from the Pai website.

Pai has a full line of products made for sensitive skin. At this time, this is the only product I’ve used. But I do plan to try their Rosehip Cleansing oil next. We hope you will like this product as much as we do. Let us know how you used it and what you think about it.
